After an understandable shipping delay over the holiday break, Evan sent the phone next day priority athis expense. It was very well packaged and arrived complete with box, manuals, and otterbox case in great shape. It was a rooted phone and this apparently threw tmobile for a loop making them (and me) think there was a problem with the phone or software. As it turned out, tmobile hadn't fully activated the data on the sim card. Evan was very helpful through the troubleshooting, providing links to articles that might help, and even offering to help with any questions after the sale was complete. Despite the frustrations beyond his control, he was a pleasure to deal with. I would definitely but from him again.
