Hello - I received this phone on 1/18/2016 but it has been defective in a few ways. When I brought it to Verizon it had a very difficult time activating. When I got it booted up and activated, I used it for a week and now I am having a difficult time charging the phone. I charged it all last night and it is not turning on, so I have not been able to use the phone. I brought it to Verizon and they could not see any issues with the phone externally, or any water damage, but the phone is not capturing a charge. I have tried 3 phone chargers that work on other phones, but they do not work in the new phone. Please let me know how to proceed. This is the only time I have used Swappa and I am unsure what the policy is regarding defective items.
