Missing charger, which isn't a huge deal and upon reflection the picture did not show it, but the text was misleading indicating that it included "USB charger" which I would assume included the charger and not just the cord. Everything else is great.

The phone is still on two-year contract. But the seller did not know that too. AD has been really good at allowing me to return and refund the sale and shipping fee. Definitely a good seller. It will be better to figure out the problem before putting phone for sale. Calling ting can find out the problem easily.
