theelectornicstop, the seller, incorrectly and/or deceptively mentioned the iPhone 6s Plus as paid off - whereas it was still on payment plan. I purchased the phone on his word, only to be disappointed and deceived. For no mistake of mine, I had to ship the phone back to the seller at my own expense - seller would not send me a shipping label or reimburse me the cost of shipping back even though it was clearly his mistake in describing the phone in a wrong way. I had $500 stuck for a week or so due to his mistake. Seller did not respond to my initial query, until I opened up a paypal dispute after Swappa's suggestion, after which they replied within an hour or so. I am not satisfied with this transaction and would avoid this seller.

Actual item 5 stars. Shipping 2 stars. Was supposed to arrive Monday. Sent message Wednesday . Said there might have been problem at post office(?). Told them not to send it cause I would be moving. That night tracking for it shows it moving so I ended up having to chase it when it arrived on sat after I moved.

The phone is great, the shipping was very quick considering at the opposite sides of the country. We had some mis-communications about the phone up front, which was frustrating for both sides.

Well, its been 2 weeks and I have been trying to get a real receipt from TES. It's been more than a few days and no communication from TES, or Swappa. Let me say that the phone is great, the apparent reality is that if you live in the US you can not register a phone bought outside the country. Latin America apparently don't need to register. I have talked with 15 Samsung people and sadly their attitude/knowledge leaves a lot to be desired. Maybe that is why they build good stuff so you don't need customer service. This phone was sold with a 1 year warranty, where I get that service if needed is unknown at this time.
