Hi David,

I just wanted to let you know that after some hard work and hope I got the phone to activate. I used to be a technician for Verizon as well so I had to manually program it, update the software, update the PRL list, and finally it took. I apologize for my sudden worry for the phone not working. It had to have been the region tower setting in the transceiver needing to be rebooted. I finally got it to work at 1145pm yesterday and so far so good. Thank you so much for the sale and once again I apologize if I upset you in anyway.
