Seller packed the MacBook Pro in the original box along with the cord, charger and the Welcome booklet. Seller, then, packed the MacBook Pro box into several heavy cardboard boxes and shipped it USPS Priority Mail 2-Day. The computer is immaculate with no cosmetic scratches that I could see. The MacBook Pro appears to be working perfectly. Seller also provided detailed instructions regarding the setup. I'm 76 yrs old and couldn't have gotten any of this accomplished without his detailed personal messages. I highly recommend this seller
