Purchased the device on the 17th. No shipping or communication from seller until I asked for help from SWAPPA staff. Device was quoted as two day delivery. Only after paypal dispute and emails from SWAPPA staff to the seller did the item ship. It arrived on the 27th. 10 days after sale and zero communication or apology for poor customer service from the seller. Highly not recommended for the lack of communication and delay in delivery.

The phone came with a dead pixel in the screen which wasn't in the description and it also came with a passcode on it which I couldn't get from the seller so I had to restore it and as for the seller he doesn't communicate with you at all so if you have questions don't even think about asking him because he won't respond
