The phone itself is perfect. Everything was exactly as described and I expected. I love it. I'm taking off 1 star for the packaging it came in. The perfect new, sealed box was in an old, used beat up box with only two crumpled pieces of newspaper for padding and not nearly enough packaging tape on the outside. The box must have been banged up in shipping too and one of the bottom flaps (no tape on it) had popped open leaving a hole big enough that the phone could have fallen out or been easily taken out. So happy it still managed to arrive intact.
