The iPad arrived with a physical dent on rear of the iPad. I noticed the setup was sluggish and to me it seemed the dent could be a contributing factor. The seller immediately opened a claim with courier. I took it to a local Apple Store and it failed their diagnostics. Under the limited warranty, Apple was able to replace with a new iPad. At the end of the day and in this particular case, it worked out. I still cannot understand how the original got damaged the way that it did considering how well the iPad was packaged, and concluded the courier to blame here. The dent was not there in any of the pictures the seller used to advertise his sale.
