Had to cancel the order due to device still being financed and on blacklisted . Every communication took awful long time to get a response.

The device I was sold still had a balance and was not unlocked like advertised. No response from the seller...

Didn't do the best with communication but shipping was fast. screen is iffy, and the light on the back of the phone doesn't work (wasn't stated in description)

Phone condition was not as described. Phone Speaker barely works. Power button is hard and barely works as well. Phone was extremely dirty. Camera Auto-Focus has tons of issues as well. This phone was not supposed to be sold thru Swappa, this community should be about quality used products not this. I would like my money back but seller does not accept returns so I must follow my duty as a Swappa member and advise my fellow buyers to watch out for this seller's description.

um the speaker nor the charger works...

Phone shipped timely, but seller did not include an important fact about the phone's battery. I would have liked to know that the battery charges VERY slowly (only at 90% after 9 hours of charging).

UPDATE: After one week, the phone no longer works at all. It will not charge. I took it to a phone repair store and they tried to fix it and said it could not be fixed, even after replacing the charging port. I am a dissatisfied customer.

Stay away from buyer. He sold me a phone a few months ago and then last week he reported it stolen, now I'm $420 out of pocket. Seller has not responded to me proof below.

Note 8 has small dings in many places and it would have been GOOD instead of MINT and PRICE would have been at least 30$ less than what I paid.
