Excellent product. As described.

The sale experience was good, and the phone came in the condition advertised (mint!), but I spent almost 5 hours on the the phone with Verizon, as the IMEI information for the device couldn't be found in the database, and had to be added manually. There was also an error message that kept appearing that the Verizon tech support had to remedy. I spoke with 6 representatives on three different calls, and finally got it worked out after a few days. The phone is working great now, but I am wondering if the seller ever used the phone, and if so, he experienced any of these activation issues. I am very happy now that everything is resolved, and I have a new, working phone! Thank you!
