Item received when got home from trip was as described, packaged securely. Seller seemed to ignore both messages left by me telling that there would be a delay in receiving item, so I cannot attest to good communication. Nevertheless, I would do business with this seller again.

Sent me a phone in which the ear piece didn't work. I took the phone to an ifixit location where the tested the handsent and told me parts needed to be replaced to make it work. I requested a full refund and was given a partial one because the seller is accusing me of lying. Buyer beware.g
