Phone sold not like the ads seller listed on swappa, The condition just GOOD (many scratch, dent, ding locate on the frame of the device and few locate on the screen) but the seller listed it as MINT condition, The rear speaker not working, unclear sound, defected unit. Phone become Outstanding Balance (T-Mobile) right after USPS delivered. Seller was prompt in sending the phone and included the insurance, also signature confirm, all accessories included not working. After all, I have to return for full refund. should avoid this seller at all costs.
