Phone was as described but was not properly reset

As described. Shipping packaging was a little sparse but obviously it did its job. Overall, was a good deal. Didn't include a charger, but its not listed under accessories so that's on me.

Listed the phone as mint, but received with a large scratch on the screen. When I reached out to request a refund, I learned it was my fault that the phone was not received as advertised. Definitely will stay away from this seller.
