I received the item in nearly mint condition. It was packaged well and arrived in a timely fashion. The phone works well, the hinge is smooth, and the screen is in good shape. There were a few small flaws that were not photographed or disclosed. I was in a rush to buy, and I did not ask for more pics/description. There was a thin scratch on the side of the phone exposing bare metal, as well as two small marks or dents in the phone screen. At the phone's price I was happy to pay, but do wish the item had been more correctly depicted in the listing. Overally the blemishes are small enough that I will keep the phone happily. She also gave me some free cases which I am happy to have.
