I give this seller a 5 star. The note 4 was in mint condition, like brand new. The seller went out of his way to try and get me a sim card for no extra charge from Verizon but Verizon would give him a sim card without activating it. The phone came with everything plus a case. I also received the phone in a timely manner, within two days. But I was only a state away. I highly recommend this seller.
