Would have given 5 stars but phone was advertised with fast 2 day shipping. It was ordered on a Friday, shipped on Saturday but not received until Friday and I am only about an hour drive from seller. Other than that phone is exactly as advertised and shown in ad.

While the product received was new as advertised the 'fast shipping and delivery' left much to be desired. I'd been better off driving the 5 hours to pick it up rather than the 6 days it took to receive it.

Shipping took six days. Item was in nearly mint condition, though there was a minor scratch at the top of the screen. However, phone speaker started clicking within an hour of use and would not stop or play any other sounds through bottom speaker.

The phone I received ended up having an intermittent hardware issue with the microphone that only seemed to appear in certain configurations. The seller was FANTASTIC in working with me to get the issue resolved, and has the patience of a saint!
