I purchased an item described as factory sealed. When I received it, turning the box over i noticed it appeared the adhesive disks has been previously opened. Upon contacting the seller and notifying them of the issue they sent a return shipping label and issued me a full refund. I was unhappy with the item, but customer service still good.
