The phone was in the exact condition specified in the sale, and the phone is in great condition overall. I am giving this seller a negative rating because the phone was locked by FRP because it was not properly prepared for sale. The seller was unresponsive with requests for the previous PIN number on the phone and I had to find a way to bypass FRP myself. While I was successful, I know this is not the case for most. The seller's lack of responsiveness to help resolve this issue, even after asking Swappa for help was disappointing.
