The laptop was as described. Kai was very communicative during and after the purchase.
Was in better condition that I was expecting. Great packaging as well and great appreciated it wasn't just stuffed in an envelope. Just a future note Kai, if you are going to send other than USPS priority (tends to be standard on Swappa) let the buyer know. I needed the laptop the Monday it was delivered when I thought it might come Friday or Thursday the week before. Just a future thought, still great communication and product. Thank you sir.
