Phone not unlocked as described. Seller was not forth-coming. Had to dispute with PayPal and Swappa canceled the sale because I returned the phone (that's why no sale showing). Seller was slow to respond with any info. Seller finally reimbursed return shipping...only reason for 1 star...otherwise 0.
