My experience with the seller is positive and he even delivered to my house as we live fairly close to each other. The phone is great and I was able to use as soon as I got my chip (a week ago). BUT the battery life is not great. I am getting 4 hours?? ish?? The posting mentioned that this version has the updated battery and improved button - two main reasons why I paid a little extra for this one rather than going for one of the iPhones in the $260 range.
