Seller was quick to respond to questions and the phone was shipped same day upon purchase and tracking number was provide the same day. We received the phone a day earlier than expected and it was adequately packaged for shipment. Removing one star for a few discrepancies in the ad description vs the device's condition (Phone was refurbished, was not mentioned in the ad), but the Seller was quick to respond and make things right. All in all, a positive and worthwhile buying experience!
