A great shopping experience, I recommend the seller 100%

I had a bad experience with this Seller. I just noticed he did the same thing to another buyer. Seller canceled my sale after telling me the item was shipped breaking our sale contract and not responding to me or the Swappa personnel. Very unprofessional and unreliable. I'm surprised he's still allowed to sell on this site. Will not buy from him in the future.

Quick to ship, and arrived quickly

Buyers beware: If you are depending on this seller to deliver, think again. Very irresponsible seller. Finally hours after payment, (following my ask) seller informs me that he will ship the next day. The next day, after nudging the seller for a tracking number, he responds that he will be posting the tracking number later in the day. No tracking number ever was provided. Next thing I know I'm getting a seller refund with no explanation or reason why. EPIC FAIL! Granted this seller would answer questions promptly, however once your money was in his account, crickets! Seller displays poor business acumen and not very responsible in following through on what amounts to a contract. Sales on Swappa are binding on both seller and buyer. This is lost on this seller. If you need a device sooner than later, you probably want to search another listing: yours like mine might get canceled willy-nilly. There is NO EXCUSE for handling this sale like this. NONE!
