Uli made sure to ship the phone my way as soon as possible. He gave me all the information required. UPS lost the package in the mail, and they kept giving us different information when prompted for updates on the status of the package. Uli was very courteous and refunded me. UPS really messed up and their customer service department was not all that helpful throughout the ordeal... Because of this experience with them, I would strongly recommend choosing USPS or FedEx over them in the future. Again, the seller was very thoughtful in handling the situation.
