I was going to leave neutral feedback, as this phone was received in condition that I'd consider to be less than mint given that there are very fine scratches all over the screen edges from using without a screen protector. I decided to post negative feedback though, because the microphone on this phone doesn't work properly and I'm unable to use it to record videos as a result. Now I'm stuck with a phone that I can't fully use, and can't in good faith re-sell for even close to what I paid for it.

Sold a phone that had payment install plan, and was being difficult getting a refund. Required PayPal and Swappa to step in. Not his fault that he resold me a bad phone, but could've been nicer about it. :( Phone was good quality, just verify that it doesn't have a payment plan ASAP

Don't buy from very deceptive. I tried to buy a pixel 3xl unlocked version he sold me the Verizon version. Buyer beware. Only good thing was he shipped overnight. When requesting a refund a tells you to send the phone back first then gets mad when you open a dispute with PayPal even though it's swappa policy.

Phone was not in mint condition as described. Has a few small scratches and dings on the sides. I wouldn't have really cared about that except that there are also two very noticable scratches on the bottom left of the screen which are quite annoying. I couldn't see those sratches in the photos or I wouldn't have bought this phone.
