Truly awful experience from this seller. Listed a phone with accessories and didn't ship until I asked for them, then 3 days after getting the phone, discovered it had light bleed on one edge. Seller disputed this and stated there was no issue. I took it to Apple Store and fortunately I was able to get the screen replaced under warranty. Buyer beware. Stay away from this seller.

Product is as promised, some scratches on the screen but not a major issue. Seller did give me some grief over the shipping issues... felt like he was immediately defensive instead of just giving me some updates. Only reason for one star off.

Seller was very courteous. Provided additional info about the shipping as UPS couldn't find the device due to their computer glitch. Would buy from again. Texted and called info to me to help setup the MacBook Pro. Only issue was it was listed with original box and that was not sent.

Exactly as seller described :) packed very secure and with lots extra protection. It included everything as listed. Verizon gave a SIM card for no cost when I ativated it.
