The phone looks great, although the phone was shipped in an shipping envelope which was a little crumpled when I received it. The phone was protected with bubble wrap though. I will not know the condition of the phone until Christmas. It is a gift for my son. We will take it to T Mobile then to put the SIM card in. I would suggest shipping in a box in the future.
