STAY AWAY! STAY AWAY! Stay away from these fraudsters!! I bought a phone that was supposedly MINT, Screen like new. Massive screen burn. It must have been a display model at Verizon, the keyboard is just etched into the phone. When you receive your phone they include a sob story about how they are a small business with a disabled son, etc etc, give us a chance before posting bad feedback. Well I gave you a chance and you sent me a bogus return label. I let you know it was bogus and you ignored me. The only way these you know whats respond on Swappa is if you ask for help from the staff, otherwise they ignore you. This phone was for my wife and they are lucky that she has gotten used to it since they drag their feet for WEEKS on end. Probably part of the scam, knowing you will install all your apps, get used to the layout, etc, etc and just not want to go through the hassle again. I can not stress enough, STAY AWAY!! Plenty of other sellers that are legit, but not these guys.

Very prompt shipping and the phone appears to be in the condition described. Also came with apple charger and headphones which is a plus.

I received a defective product on a phone that was supposed to be in mint condition. It was in a mint condition cosmetically but the display was showing yellow spots that were very noticeable. It should have been spotted on quality control. The seller offered a return shipping label but it was only valid for a day or two, which he didn't inform me about. When I tried to return it, it said that the return label expired. I contacted the seller again and asked for a new one since it shouldn't cost anything if it wasn't even used. The seller said that I had to pay for my own shipping label. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this seller. It was too much hassle to deal with and now I'm left with a defective phone that I pad full price for.
