Would NOT recommend this seller. I received a different phone than I had purchased. I ordered a white Verizon phone and was shipped a black AT&T phone. Therefore, it could not be activated through my phone company, Verizon. After trying many times to contact Mobile One without a response (through phone, email, and Swappa chat) I finally got a reply and shipped it back to them. They sent me the EXACT same wrong phone AGAIN! (It didn't appear the package had ever been opened, just put a new shipping label on it and shipped it back to me). When I tried to contact them about it again I once again would not get a response and once I did they denied it was the wrong one, refused to pay my shipping expenses, and did not want to refund my purchase. I finally settled the dispute through pay pal after a HUGE headache and horrible customer service from Mobile One. (I was happy with Swappa's service, but NOT Mobile One).

I have never left negative feedback for an online purchase until now. Seller did not respond after several attempts to contact until PayPal became involved at Swappa's suggestion. Samsung Galaxy S5 new (resale) charger did not work, battery was missing moisture indicator, phone discharged rapidly and appeared used or returned. Phone was returned at my expense and PayPal ruled in my favor. Seller appealed PayPal decision for unknown reasons but lost. Seller posted another comment stating that the case was not closed, again, for unknown reasons. Seller then posted a comment that they made a decision to grant the full refund 4 days after PayPal had already refunded the purchase price. I do not understand the sellers motivation for doing business this way. The two-star rating follows Swappa's guidelines but is too generous in my opinion.

I received the phone, the box was sealed like a new one as shown in the photos, but after opening it was clear that the box itself and all the accessories were not original. The earpods, flat pin charger and paperwork are definitely not original but very good fakes. (For e.g, the earpods case doesn't have an Apple logo on the back). The iPhone itself did not start out of the box, but the battery was completely dead and it started after 15 minutes of charging. The iPhone itself appears to be refurbished and working okay and seems to be the real deal to my eyes, however was somewhat disappointed by the fact that everything else doesn't appear to be original.

Phone received within a few days of ordering, activated today with no issues. Thanks!

3 days after I bought the phone and paid the full 213$ fee, they cancelled the transaction. However, 4 days later atleast I got my money refunded.

phone working but charger not working.

This feedback reflects the seller Mobil One NOT Swappa or Swappa staff. Mobil One advertised their product as brand new. The phone I received in the mail was not brand new. The packaging was new, the phone was not. When I complained that I received a used phone instead of a new phone, Mobil One requested I send pictures to prove my claim. When I sent the pictures Mobil One accused me of lying that I had sent pictures of a used broken phone.
The Swappa staff were helpful in trying to mediate and resolve the issue. Eventually I had to report the issue to paypal.
I would not buy from Mobil One again.

Came without the manual and battery doesnt seem original.
