Charger not included as stated and charging cable not as pictured. Phone packaging severely damaged and iPhone in box not secured with padding inside. Shipped with cracked screen protector and broken charging cable. iPhone works as expected - no issues with the iPhone upon testing. iPhone shipped with Sprint sim card installed, but worked with Virgin Mobile as expected when swapped with a VM sim card. Seller did not respond to photos posted after receiving phone. Communication from seller could have been better. It is because of these things that I removed one star from this seller's feedback rating.
