I'm fairly forgiving about buying used items, however, "flawless" and "pristine" were not quite accurate in describing the cosmetics of this computer. There is a very noticeable gouge on the top front edge where you lift the top and many scratches on the bottom. It's also extremely dusty. On the other hand, the computer works flawlessly. Thank you!
