Phone came as described. It was literally just the phone in an envelope though, no box or charger or anything. I reread the description, and it did say phone-only, so no misrepresentation.

Shipping was very fast. I had an issue with the device but the seller was quick to resolve that in a satisfactory manner.

Phone was faulty, but under warranty as advertised and I was able to get a replacement

For the record, the seller handled the problem well. This seller is honest and stands behind his sales. I just wish the ending was better.
I was sold a phone the seller bought from another person, who apparently tried to commit fraud and reported the phone as stolen. I received it as blacklisted and unusable. But I was given a refund after sending the phone back.

Phone is not in the described shape! Communicating was great.

The pictures were deceiving from what was shown to what it actually was. The screen has more scratches than what was stated in the description and the back is smudged. The phone should’ve been classified as “fair” instead of “good”. The battery life and the storage are the reasons I’m not returning the phone.

Had to return phone to seller due to camera issue. Could have avoided the inconvenience if the phone was thoroughly examined. Refund was prompt as soon as phone was received.

Computer arrived quickly but locked with a passcode (and no passcode was included in packaging/ messages). Contacted seller thru swappa and received a quick response with passcode. Great deal, computer works great with no problems thus far.

Not a decent seller, sold ipad5 with replaced sensor.

I am aware that the device had a spot on the lcd screen and some dents on the edges but I did not know that the rear camera had a shadow. With every picture I take the shadow prevails as if it was damaged.

Received the phone on time and in fair condition as described, but the phone was not unlocked as advertised by the seller. Seller did reimburse my payment, but i still have the phone as the seller did not send me a return shipping label.

The phone comes with a problem in the front microphone something that the seller doesnt tell on the description and no resolution of the problem on his part, I pay extra to repair it. Bad Service.
