The tracking number for the order was given to me very quickly so I could track the package pretty much as soon as it was starting to ship. Everything arrived safely and on time, the picture listings didn’t show quite everything but I understand it’s difficult to get good pictures of display scratches. Other than that everything went smooth and the phone seems to be working great!

There were more scratches on than screen than I was hoping for on a "Mint" condition phone. Tiny chip on screen. Also the description said it was unlocked for all carriers and it was not when I received it. Contacted seller and they were able to unlock it.

Received phone with blacklisted IMEI and inquired with carrier who informed me it was reported stolen in the time after purchase. Was able to return phone to seller and receive a full refund but I had to prompt seller multiple times and reach out to Swappa staff before seller would initiate the return process. Was not given a return shipping label so paid for return shipping and insurance out of pocket and this amount was not reimbursed.

Item listed as not described...the phone has a visible scratch on the screen so per Swappa's policy it is not "mint" condition. Seller was unwillingly to refund difference between "good" vs "mint". I will no longer buy from this seller. You've been warned.

This seller is a Thief. I purchased an iphone for tmobile but when I received the phone it was still on loan with another account. I was unable to use this phone with the imei number still connected to another carrier. He tried to tell me I was wrong and all I had to do is put my sim card in. I asked him to send me a shipping label and all he did was send me his address. I sent the phone back and he has now said he never received it. He stole $900+ from me and refuses to refund me my money. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER.
