I have to come back and review this product because both usb-c ports stopped working. Note that:
1) The seller marked the laptop as mint new condition and it was mainly the reason I bought it. Plus the seller has good ratings. The price was quite high among available sales back then, with very high $900+ total purchase price.
2) I have only used the laptop for less than 20 charges within 10 months. This reflects that fact that the seller may refurbish the laptop with very low quality.

It is very frustrating to have both ports down. I will have to figure out a feasible way to have them repaired because this laptop only has two ports and it could be costly to do so.

Would never do business with this seller. After 60 days of owning the phone it was reported missing/stolen. This required me to return the device at my own expense for a refund.

Seller lied about the condition of the phone. I had to contact swappa several times just to get a reply from this person. Terrible seller would not recommend. I just ended up losing money from this transaction.

Beware of this seller! He claims things are in Mint condition when they are not. When I brought it to his attention that I received a dirty and malfunctioning phone - he replied with rude comments and was not helpful at all. Literally buy from anyone else, but this guy.

The device was listed as mint however came with alot of fine scratches on the screen and no partial refund was issued

When setting up at the t-mobile store, this phone said it was "not eligible for activation." Apparently the seller has not paid off the phone.

Received phone with blacklisted IMEI and inquired with carrier who informed me it was reported stolen in the time after purchase. Was able to return phone to seller and receive a full refund but I had to prompt seller multiple times and reach out to Swappa staff before seller would initiate the return process. Was not given a return shipping label so paid for return shipping and insurance out of pocket and this amount was not reimbursed.

Item listed as not described...the phone has a visible scratch on the screen so per Swappa's policy it is not "mint" condition. Seller was unwillingly to refund difference between "good" vs "mint". I will no longer buy from this seller. You've been warned.

This seller is a Thief. I purchased an iphone for tmobile but when I received the phone it was still on loan with another account. I was unable to use this phone with the imei number still connected to another carrier. He tried to tell me I was wrong and all I had to do is put my sim card in. I asked him to send me a shipping label and all he did was send me his address. I sent the phone back and he has now said he never received it. He stole $900+ from me and refuses to refund me my money. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER.

This guy is a thief. Would not refund back for defective phone that he sent that had bad speaker and green line appearing across screen. Tried to blame me for defective merchandise he sent. Obvious he does not check hid products before sending them out our does not know what he is doing. Avoid at all cost as he will only rip you off. Only offered to pay half of the cost of repairing speaker. Should be banned from selling here.

Said the Phone would work with Verizon and didn't. Then tried to say I didn't activate the phone right. Refund process went well though.

Phone was faulty, but under warranty as advertised and I was able to get a replacement

Had to return phone to seller due to camera issue. Could have avoided the inconvenience if the phone was thoroughly examined. Refund was prompt as soon as phone was received.

Not a decent seller, sold ipad5 with replaced sensor.

I am aware that the device had a spot on the lcd screen and some dents on the edges but I did not know that the rear camera had a shadow. With every picture I take the shadow prevails as if it was damaged.

Received the phone on time and in fair condition as described, but the phone was not unlocked as advertised by the seller. Seller did reimburse my payment, but i still have the phone as the seller did not send me a return shipping label.

The phone comes with a problem in the front microphone something that the seller doesnt tell on the description and no resolution of the problem on his part, I pay extra to repair it. Bad Service.
