Very communicative seller.

So the phone is great so far, it got here in a reasonable amount of time. My one complaint is that the phone is an “Apple Certified Pre-Owned” ,aka a refurbished phone, which I feel could have been mentioned in the ad. But that being said it seems to be a great phone. I got it hooked up last night and is working great so far!

It wasn't as described. The seller was too pushy and gave me less than 24 hours to make sure the phone was working properly or else he wasn't "responsible" for some reason. Very unfair. I ended up getting it replaced by Apple, but I had to switch carriers and my phone number, as well as travel far out of town to and make a lot of phone calls, and then wait for them to send me a new phone. Very inconvenient. Seller responds slowly, unclear/poor communication.

Excellent person to do business with. Responds quickly and ships very fast. I had my tracking number 15 minutes after buying the phone. Bought on Friday and had it on Monday. The phone was in mint state condition as he described. Not a single scratch or blemish. It was a great buying experience!!
