Prompt shipping and communication leading to the sale, but the device arrived with a screen bleed that was not disclosed on the original listing (in "Good" condition) and the seller did not respond at all when the issue was brought to their attention on the sale page. Disappointing transaction overall as I would not have bought the phone at this price point if the screen issue had been properly disclosed in the first place.

Seller misrepresented the condition of the phone. Seller failed to properly wipe and reset the phone, which led to significant trouble restoring it to stock. Worse, seller failed to respond to my questions about a rebooting issue on the phone. After making several reasonable offers to resolve my issues, Seller refused and could not provide information needed for me to RMA the phone. He left me no other choice but to dispute through PayPal.

Device arrived in a timely manner and was in the condition described and fully functional. Seller also responded to my questions.
