Phone was in described condition. Upon further inspection days later, I found that the charging plug and cable were not OEM. After contacting I was told that since it wasn't put in the description that basically I should've assumed that they were not original. I stated that it should've been elaborated in the description. Upon that, I received no response. A little shady in my book.

All arrived as was promised. Phone and accessories in good, like-new condition, and all have been functioning flawlessly for the past two days.

Only issue I have is with the signature confirmation on delivery. It makes sense for security, but I didn't find out about it until after it had shipped. Had I known beforehand, I would've shipped it to my work address. Instead, it went to my house, where there was no one home to sign for the package, and I had to pick it up from the post office during my lunch break the day after. Minor detail, but a little annoying; a heads up in the description next time that you require signature confirmation on delivery would be appreciated.

Other than that small detail, though, very pleased. Thanks very much!

Item received quickly as as described, hence my 5 star rating. BUT... packaging could use serious improvement. Computer was able to move 6+ inches inside oversized shipping carton --no padding whatsoever. Luckily it was not damaged during shipment. Nags requesting feedback are not appreciated either. Geez.
