The communication with Cincy Mobile was almost non-existent. They claimed to have shipped the iPhone 8 three or four days after purchase, but they provided a tracking number that indicated it was never shipped. It was extremely difficult to get a refund. I had to make a PayPal buyer protection claim and was refunded 11 days after purchase. I cannot recommend Cincy Mobile. They would not even respond to the staff at Swappa when they tried to contact them.

The device arrived in the condition promised and, although there were some shipping difficulties at first, the seller made every effort to get the device to me as soon as possible and was very courteous in all of our interactions.

Phone is in really good condition as promised and was shipped quickly but the charger included in the sale does not work.

Great seller phone was as described. Had a minor issue with phone volume and seller was willing to pay for any repair or let me return it but didn't need repaired found a little debris in speaker blocking the sound. Seller was very responsive and I am very pleased with the results I would definately buy from or recommend this seller.

A snag with the first phone sent, but great customer service and problem corrected in a friendly and efficient manner. Replacement phone was quick to arrive, appeared to be in great condition, and so far is working with no issues.
