Worst experience ever and this was my first transaction here. Gave seller ample time to send item even granting him multiple extensions for time in order to ship item. He finally stated that it was "too much to handle" and that it was difficult for him to print up the label and ship the item. After more than a week, I finally had to notify Swappa and they gave the seller 24 hours to either ship the item and provide a tracking number or issue a prompt refund. At least they refunded my money. I just wish there was a way for Swappa to ban this seller from ever creating an account or penalize him if he ever tries to repost and resell the same item. 100 out of 100 would not buy from this seller.
