There is some kind of bottleneck/performance issue with the phone impacting the app I spend most of my time in. Most other apps are not impacted, so any other user might not even notice.

I doubt the seller could have noticed or caused the issue. I attached screenshots of benchmark results to show proof of the problem, but it's possible it was a bad silicon lottery draw. I'll try and work with OnePlus. Thank you again for the sale.
