I am giving Reignlight 5 stars and here are the reasons why:
1. He is quick to respond within 24 hours 98% of the time. The one time he wasn't able to respond that quickly and threw in an extra case for me because of the delay.
2. We had a shipping issue. Somewhere in the process my apartment number didn't transfer over to the shipping address label. Even though technically it wasn't his fault because the data didn't transfer over properly, he took responsibility and made sure things got shipped back to me ASAP.
3. The phone that he provided on the ad is exactly as he says: Near Mint Condition. The phone looked almost brand new, and he has kept the phone in great quality.

I would happily recommend this seller based on my experience with him.
