Seller shipped defective item, waited 6 days after they received the defective item back to refund and refuses to pay return shipping cost of the item. I will be contacting PayPal and attempting to get my money back. Crap seller, took forever on each phase of communication and lied in their sale description saying "device is tested and in good working condition" when it had a bad digitizer.

I found the phone in better condition than I imagined! Looks brand new, very impressed!

At the end I am happy with the price and the product in the end, but the issues I had with this transaction included: 1) Incorrect phone shipped. 2) Communication on how to get the phone replaced was weak (and it took the seller a couple tried to get me a shipping label). 3) The replacement phone didn't have a Sprint SIM card (which the advertisement stated it would have) which isn't a big deal, but it did take time to get a Sprint SIM Card. 4) One month passed from purchase until I got and could test the phone (if the first phone was correct, it would have taken 1 week).

The device was recvd. The battery was completely dead so it took while to fully charge and run the tests. After a couple days from charging, it has held the battery strength and I was complete by tests with s satisfactory level. Thank you for offering this device, I will keep my eye out for Phone Surgeons for any future purchases. Thank you Swappa for the means for this transaction to take place.

Device was in stellar condition but was described as "perfect" with "no scratches" however the phone arrived with two minor scratches on the screen. With everything else as described and the phone in (near) perfect condition this was a great transaction.
