The seller was overall very responsive and forgiving of the issue. The return that needed to happen was reasonable and worked out in the end. However, the company encryption that was on the phone, the fact that it couldn't be removed (at least remotely), and that there was some miscommunication was frustrating to me. There were a several times were the seller became completely unresponsive and in the end I had to call Paypal to escalate the claim and get my money returned. This seemed like a one off scenario with this seller.
