Seller took too long to make contact after the sale.
Swappa should have more control of release of funds, until sale and receipt of items is verifed.
Nothing like the feeling in the pit of your stomach that you got ripped off and the only thing you get returned is your $10 swappa fee.
Also, none of the contact info was correct for this seller as far as a phone number or email to contact; Paypal also had different phone numbers and emails, too.
But on the plus side, phone was as described and working fine.
