Seller underpaid shipping so USPS told me I had to pay $19 in order to receive package. I refused to pay and rejected delivery on 06/25. I finally got a refund on 07/09. Definitely would not purchase from seller again, a very sneaky maneuver to try and pass on shipping charges to his customer.
