The shipping was less than ideal and complete confusion on the package because my name was never listed on the package and the address was faintly written on the envelope. I'm really surprised that it made it to me. The seller acted like they were puzzled why it was taking so long and didn't hint that maybe because they barely put a legible address on it that is why it was delayed shipping etc... in the future you should accurately put a clear and legible address on the package etc...

The item was marked as mint and had light scratches on the screen. Also, the listing stated it would come with the original box and it came with an iPhone 8 box.
