Everything just as described

Poor experience. Seller took 5 days to ship and sent me a phone that was not able to open up Samsung Pay and S-Health apps due to compromised device security. System was modified at some point. Wouldn't respond to my messages to resolve until Swappa staff stepped in to assist me. Was unwilling to provide a return label although it was their responsibility to ensure the phone was fully functional. Being a user on Swappa for 3+ years, I assumed they would have at least read the shipping policies and listing guidelines. This was a complete headache and the seller did not care about the transaction once they received my money.
