The phone they sent me was not in proper working condition. However, Zelphone did not give me any hassle about taking it back. I just got my refund today. Seeing as they didn't give me any hassle about a refund, I figured I could trust them better than some other random person on Swappa. So I just went ahead and bought a replacement phone from them.
