Great communication and technically as advertised. However, this turned out to be one of the SM-G900V models with a CID starting with 11 instead 15, meaning that rooting it or flashing a mod is impossible. Is there any way I can refund or exchange it?

Works great! I was little bummed out that it was not shipped day of like posted (I purchased this phone instead of the one that was cheaper for that reason). It also was shipped ground, which put it here after Christmas. More if a miscommunication than anything. I wish there was more info on listing about type of shipping etc. Other than that, I'm really happy with the phone.

Things that I liked: Shipping was fast and safe, service was responsive and helpful.
Things I didn't like: The screen has some noticeable burn-in on it, which was not noted in the listing. Also, the battery has water damage, as indicated by its poor performance, and the water indicator tape on the battery itself.
Overall, the phone is working now, as I got a new battery off Amazon, but I wasn't happy about the screen and battery. I didn't expect a perfect product buying used online, however, and now the device is working fairly well, so overall I am fairly pleased.

shipped fast, Item received was defective, they provided pre-paid ups shipping label. Said when defective item was returned a replacement item would be shipped out. when Item was returned sale was canceled and no replacement item shipped out. Disappointed I have been without a phone waiting for it to get shipped then didn't work waiting for it to be returned then to start whole process over again. I am not sure what else they could have done differently....They refunded money...but back to square one looking for another phone
